GP 360

This lens is specifically designed for the GoPro series of cameras including the GoPro 1, 2, 3 Silver and Black. Now you can shoot 360 video content where ever you are. This is lens is tested to 60m underwater.

The Gopro black also includes modified firmware enabling capture of equivalent quad HD vertical resolution 2042x2042 all at 24fps rather than the usual 15 or 14 fps. This is the highest resolution consumer 360 video capturing device bar none. When combined with a mirror lens shape that took 10 years of research to derive this shape, it produces unparalleled quality. Out surpassing similar products with a $15,000 price tag.

The Gopro Black and Gopro 1, will need their standard lenses changed. These are easy to remove especially on the GoPro black. Simply heat it with a hair dryer for 45 seconds and the lens will unscrew with some pliers. You can also send your camera for modification at our factory. Or buy a Gopro already modified direct from Eye Mirror. You can still modify it back to the old specification in a few minutes, you will receive a spare lens,

Pre orders yours today. The first production run is expected to sell out after its debut at CES in Vegas in 2013 on January 8th. Units start shipping in February, and orders will be shipped on a first come first served basis.

GP 360
Just includes the GP 360 Housing as pictured above. If you have a GoPro 1, White or Black you will need to purchase your 4mm lens separately from another store to get this to work or purchase the GP 360 lens package below. For the Gopro 2 or Silver you do not need to purchase a separate lens, the standard lens can be used but you have to loosen the lens a small amount to be able to focus it. For details on how simple this is to do see here. For the GoPro black you do not need to remove the housing, just heat it and unscrew the lens. Alternatively you can send your camera in for modifcation. See Camera modification below. This product also includes a firmware upgrade for the GoPro black to allow it to shoot at 24fps 2160x2160 pixels

GP 360 Lens package
This includes everything you need to shoot 360 Video with your Gopro. You will need to replace the Gopro camera lens yourself as here. For the GoPro black you do not need to remove the housing, just heat it and unscrew the lens. This product also includes a firmware upgrade for the GoPro black to allow it to shoot at 24fps 2160x2160 pixels

GP360 Total package
This is a ready to go solution. Just open the box and you can start shooting your 360 Video. You will also have the standard GoPro lens as a spare, that you can quickly swap back without needing to unscrew the casing. You can just unscrew it with your fingers. This product also includes a firmware upgrade for the GoPro black to allow it to shoot at 24fps 2160x2160 pixels.

In total you will get a GoPro Black that has already been fitted with a custom lens. You will also get an GoPro Firmware improvement (can be removed by deleting a file on the SD card), GP360 mirror, viewing flash software for personal use and the original GoPro lens that can be fitted back in a few minutes to return it to its original condition.
